FAQs
FAQ — About Healing Approaches & Safety
Do you practice Reiki, E-motion Code, or Wicca?
No. While I respect many healing and spiritual paths, my work is rooted in ancient, Earth-based feminine ritual traditions that are embodied, relational, and non-diagnostic. I do not use Reiki symbols, Emotion Code techniques, pendulums, spellcraft, or belief-based frameworks.
How is your work different from energy healing or emotional clearing techniques?
Some modern methods focus on identifying, labeling, or “clearing” emotions or energy. My approach is body-led rather than mind-led. We do not search for what is wrong or try to remove anything. Instead, we create a safe, grounded ritual space where the body’s own wisdom can emerge naturally, at its own pace.
Do you diagnose or treat emotional or mental health conditions?
No. I do not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure medical or mental health conditions. My work is complementary and supportive, not a replacement for licensed medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
Is this work appropriate for children?
My offerings are designed for adults who can provide informed consent and who are choosing this work for their own personal and spiritual exploration. Children and adolescents benefit most from care provided by licensed, developmentally trained professionals who specialize in their unique emotional and neurological needs.
What about methods that identify or release emotions for someone else?
Some systems involve practitioners determining emotional content on behalf of a client using interpretive tools. I do not work this way. I believe that emotional authority belongs within the individual, not in an external system or practitioner’s interpretation.
What training or framework guides your work?
My practice is informed by decades of lived experience, Earth-based ceremonial traditions, somatic awareness, and trauma-sensitive presence. Rather than following a fixed modality or certification ladder, I work within ethical boundaries that prioritize consent, nervous system safety, and personal sovereignty.
What can I expect during a session?
You can expect a calm, respectful environment where nothing is forced, interpreted, or extracted. Sessions may include grounding, sound, breath, ritual elements, or stillness—always guided by what feels supportive to you in the moment.
How do you support client safety and integration?
Safety is central. I move slowly, listen carefully, and encourage clients to seek licensed support when deeper psychological or emotional care is needed. You are always in control of your experience.
How do I know if this work is right for me?
If you are seeking a gentle, body-honoring, Earth-rooted experience that supports self-awareness rather than diagnosis or fixing, this work may resonate with you. I’m always happy to answer questions before scheduling.
